Capillus Boutique

Disgusting service. Called and booked in October for an appointment. I was advised that they could not fit in my prepaid appointment until July. Waited 9 months for my appointment!! On the day of the appointment, the boutique rang to change the date!! Agreed for the next Wednesday. Arrive at boutique on the agreed time and the entire salon was closed! Capillus boutique never returned any of my calls or emails. Disgusting service. Still unresolved!! Consumers be warned!! They will take your money and then ignore you!! I still have not had my hair done!

Sofi was a delight, she was polite, funny and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. This is the third time I have had hair extensions and as far as Im concerned she is the best!

I had hair extensions put in at this clinic and the hair is amazing after 4 months I have yet to lose any (which usually happens) and the hair feels as good as the day that Sofi put them in.The salon is beautiful and I also had my laser down there at a much more competitive price than what I am used to.I would recommend anyone who is unhappy with their current hairdresser to give Capillus a call my colour is matched perfectly to the extensions even down to the highlights.AWESOME!!!!
