Took my car in for a service (shopper docket) and was pleasantly surprised, the price was what they said it would be Yay!!!!! I will be taking my car back next time. Thanks Rick

I was getting a road worthy cert. I have a copy of it here. I wish I could just upload the picture so you can see the proof. Wasted $67.00 of my money. They wanted to fail me because the cloth on the side of the door was coming lose.... They wanted to fail me because my battery was not 'secured' they literally needed to screw up a thumb nut like 2 turns? It would have taken them more time to list it on there inspection then it would have taken to fix. That's assuming they didn't undo the thumb nut in the first place. They listed a bunch of other things. wiper blades, head lights, indicators, tail light top engine mount, degrease engine, mirror assemblies, radio not secured.... All of which didn't need changing/fixing. To there credit they did also mention one thing that did need fixing, my tires. Of the 12 things they listed tires was the ONLY THING that needed fixing/replacement. Needless to say I went to another mechanic. Passed first time no questions asked, car runs fine. If I had of gone through these guys it would have cost me an EXTRA $600-700.

Value for money and great service. I had my Audi in for a service; the guys did a great job, stamped my log book, wheel alignment and a couple of tyres, all done same day and didnt have to take my car anywhere else. Oh! and was mush cheap then my old dealer servicing. they texted me when my car was ready, What more can you ask for. Thanks for the great service , see you next time. Tristan

My wife and I have been taking our cars for around 6 years, Rick and the guys always do a great job and are always helpful. The work shop and office are always clean. Keep up the good work.

not a good place to take your car, they make your minor problem worst so you have to go back to them ASAP and get it fixed. car was running fine before i had to take it to these guys, i just think they are after money rather than business.

my car went in for a service at 9 am picked it up at 2pm i knew i had a little problem with my car were it would some time rev more than it should and would do this around 3 times a week however after picking my car up it did not stop doing this all the way home and when i stopped at the lights it stalled itself all the way home around 6 times!!! and was just driving worst than normal. at the time when they started the car it started doing it straight away so i questioned them in relation to it and they sayed it is just running rough, well this WAS not the CASE before it had gone in for a service and they mentioned they could make me a appointment for me on monday to get it fixed, also they were unable to turn off my service light as it comes on when a service is due i mentioned this to them, they went inside and said all fixed up, well its still on.... in my Opinion i think they has made the problem worst so i can go back to them ASAP. im not happy with this mechanic I have a medical condition and 2 children under two were i need to be able to drive everyday i am now not able to do that as im scared i will brake down, and yes i am aware that the problem was there to begin with but cant understand how it drove perfectly fine there (20) mins and for the last month and within 4 hours its undrivable? i do not have the funds to get this fixed until next week and will not be going back there as like i stated we do feel ripped off from this transaction ,, that was my dealing with this business you might have another one but this is what has happened to me and this is my opinion.

Simply outstanding service and fantastic staff. We had a fairly major issue with our vehicle, which we returned to the dealer for diagnostic work. quoted around 1500 for the work which was a little outrageous. I had recently been in to Alpine to get a service done, so called them and asked if they wished to quote on the work - they came in well under what the dealer quoted, so they did the work the dealer had diagnosed. So what have i learnt from this? Go and see Alpine first - Rick will give you an honest opinion and not quote outrageous prices, like our "friendly" dealer did. If they can't figure it out, they will at least point you in the right direction (The car required a further diagnosis as the problem returned, it turned out to be a faulty computer... ouch! - nice one dealer, why couldn't you tell me that the first time round?).

Great service, friendly staff. Booked car for major service and Road Worthy and although fully booked were prepared to move things around to fit me in. Car has never driven so good. Kept up to date on progress and costs with reminder SMS sent to confirm completion.
