Picked up car after a service oil wasn’t changed and air filter was blocke not happy staff extremely rude

I had to complete a service on my 3 year old car. I was able to book the same day and Connor was very helpful in sorting out all issues that I raised about the car. the vehicle was delivered back to me within 2 hours of handing over.

From the initial discussion through to purchase, payment and delivery. Dealing with Cardiff Toyota was an absolute triumph. Chirag created a personal video, maintaining professionalism, and integrity whilst being personable about the Camry SL I was interested in; Harrison had the contract to my email within a few hours, and the deposit was paid on the same day. We drove from Kiama to Cardiff on Saturday, and the car and paperwork were ready, creating a smooth, seamless purchase.
This is the 4th Toyota (the 6th for our family) I have owned, and my experience with Cardiff has been far superior to that offered within the Illawarra (excluding Nowra). I absolutely recommend Cardiff Toyota, especially for females.

We were interested in trading our old Rav4 for a new Rav4 Hybrid. A bit hard to get, however, Nathan a switched on Salesman soon sorted that out for us. Very Disappointed with their behaviour however very typical for car dealers, I was dealing with Daniel and Chirag and at first they were excellent. They responded to my emails and messages almost instantly however once they got a deposit and started the finance application it all changed, Daniel would not return any calls, emails or messages.

I had to constantly annoy and harass him to get a response, I have dealt with many other dealerships over the years and this is the worst experience I have had. I would have thought during the current pandemic they would go above and beyond for customers however that hasn’t been the case, read the reviews before proceeding.

Would not recommend. Express service took 3 hours and then had not rotated tyres as they had told me they were doing as part of 100,000km service....Quote for new battery was $50 over NRMA price. Simple fan belt and air filter $300 additional to service fee..WILL NOT RETURN
