The stairs from carpark are narrow and even prior to Covid people always allow whoever is on the stairs to go up or down as there's not room for two people. I was so annoyed that as I was almost at the top a young man from the chemist didn't wait for me to reach the top but instead barged past me carrying boxes ,bumped me and showed no consideration for me with no concern for social distancing. We have an outbreak of Covid in our community. I will not be shopping at this chemist ever again.
Conveniently located. Been here once, was a good pharmacy but some things are a bit overpriced
Conveniently located, and easy access for wheel chairs! Opens earlier and closes later than mosts chemists! Has everything needed, and good range of extra things like make ups and soaps! Priced about the same as other places!
Approximate cost: $7
Without a doubt, the best chemist, I've ever come across. After my baby had issues with reflux, this chemist was the only chemist that could help. This chemist is a compounding chemist and one of the few around. Their chemists are experts and provided me with helpful advise and the right medicine. I've now used this place twice and immensley happy with their services.
For anyone looking to hire medical aids - wheel chair, shower char etc. Carina night & Day Pharmacy is best place to go living in Eastern suburbs. Staff are very helpful and willing to assist.
I am always able to get what I need here. I was on a medication that a lot of smaller chemists didn't stock and they always had it readily available. They have a great range of everything at the right price. Staff are helpful and know what they are talking about. Parking is pretty easy at night too.
The Carina Day and Night Pharmacy is my go to chemist. It is open longer hours (until 8.30pm weeknights) and they stock a vast range of items and giftware. I have always found the service to be helpful and informative. The team go above and beyond to recommend the best possible products for you.
Being in the early stages of my first pregnancy and coming down with a nasty cold, I was relieved with the care and attention I received upon being served. The pharmacist on duty discussed my symptoms with me and recommended the best of my limited range of items available during pregnancy for me to take.
While busy, as all chemists can be, this pharmacy always has the right number of staff ready to assist making the service efficient.
Open until 8.30 p.m. seven days per week, Carina Day & Night Pharmacy provides a much needed service for residents of south-east Brisbane. The pharmacy is also a particularly rare Compounding Chemist, which means that they have specially trained pharmacists who can mix drugs that aren't commercially available or provide them in doses not otherwise marketed. Compounding also allows them to attend to the needs of patients who require medicines with colour free preservatives because of allergies. In essence, the pharmacists at Carina Day & Night Pharmacy are able to mix drugs in the same manner as all chemists did in the days prior to mass produced drugs.
Carina Pharmacy has a good selection of walking frames and walking sticks for sale, together with a nice array of gifts. I particularly liked the chicken theme evident in many of the items. They also sell Darrell Lea chocolates (or what's left of them) and have a licensed Australia Post office within the store. Although parking is at a premium on Old Cleveland Road, there is a reasonably sized car park at the rear of the store, with back door stairwell access.
