I waited nearly 2 hours on the phone on two consecutive days with no answer. I needed my results from daily blood tests to sort out my medication, I couldn’t speak to anyone, what a disgrace for a so called medical profession. No one seems to care, the receptionist is rude, surely there are a lot of lovely people out there that would be happy to do a reception job and could be nice to people, the Doctors don’t seem to care just want you in and out and don’t follow up, where are those GPS that used to care about their patients

If zero rating was possible I would leave a zero review. By far the worst medical centre in the Shire. It is understaffed and there is more than 3 hours wait to see a doctor. It’s best you go elsewhere.

No I don’t recommend this practice the admin staff a rude have no respect for patients eg I have been a patient at this practice I had a letter from my doctor to give to the admin for the phizer jab 3 staff took my letter read it an then all decided to say know I can’t have it this was a private matter thay did not care

I had my COVID injections at Caringbah medical centre and they were very helpful with my bookings. Staff were all friendly and put me at ease and the nurse was so good I didn’t feel the needle go in at all. I would recommend them to anyone with there professionalism.

Do not waste your time!!!!! 3hr wait and still didnt end up seeing the Doctor. Everyone is rude and overworked and [redacted due to personal identifier] is an rude & incompetent [redacted due to personal identifier], who clearly needs to attain an education in etiquette! Rubbish !!

I had a poor experience at this medical centre. I was prepared for a long wait when I arrived as you cannot make appointments, they bulk bill and the doctors see patients based on a first come, first served basis. I arrived at 11:45am to find the reception area quite busy and was told the wait would be around 1.5hrs. I didn't mind this too much as I needed to see a doctor to get a ceritificate as I took the day off work. At around 12:30 I noticed that quite a few of the doctors took their lunch breaks at the same time! This was very disappointing as it meant that no new patients could be seen. Consequently, I didn't end up seeing a doctor until 2:15, two and a half hours after I arrived.

The reception staff seem very uncaring - when I confirmed my place in like after two hours they brushed my concerns off and told me to keep waiting.

The toilets were also very dirty and there was no soap.

The best thing about this centre as the other readers have sajd is you can walk in without an appointment 365 days of the year. Not sure if bulk billing applies to Sundays there though. Average service from doctors with the exception of a couple of aussie ones. Long wait though.

This centre is close to where I live hence going there, the waits are normally an hour or more. I haven't found any great Drs they do their job and that's it. A coffee machine would be excellent as you have to wait so long. I love the way they have the TV on but unless you sit under it you cant hear it.

No appointment required to see a doctor here but if you have a fave doc here, like I do, the wait can be long but it is worth it, open late and 7 days. Very handy for after hours appointments
