I had two rooms carpeted, the value for money was excellent. As I was unsure of colour/texture I was given samples to take home and view to help with my decision. The staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this business and plan on returning when I carpet the rest of my home.

We have had many rooms carpeted over the years. The last was before christmas. We had 3 bedrooms carpeted. The service was excellent. Jane was very helpful in helping to pick colours and with lots of suggestions. Alex installed the carpet. He was excellent in his service and was very friendly and curtious. He also helped with some of the very heavy pieces of furniture.

We had some carpet removed and replaced as part of an insurance claim. We ended up replacing adjoining carpet and bedroom in a different colour and type. Jane advising that a twist pile would be great for our needs. Jane and Pavel were very helful and friendly with their service to us in this process. From shop floor to delivery to laying of carpet we can't fault the customer service and efficientcy. Would recomend to others for sure.

Pavel visited the site, worked out what we needed and had it underway pretty well same day. Great service and knows carpet.
