They proposed us service and after getting money started hiding from us. Basic eoi application was filled by them only after couple of week constant reminders (normally 2 hours to fill). Later they (again their policy and offer) didn't even check the status of EOI and update in accordance to client requests and changing situation (for us the employment length). If anyway you opt for migration agent try looking for professionals.
