I done my application on an amazing ford xr6,louis was an amazing salesman,he listen to my story and I got to listen to some of his his story,if I don't get my car,I can say that I met a great guy that day.
I see many unfair reviews and honestly after owning your car for over a year or something like that you still blame the car yard wich us unfair because you can't predict what's going to happen in that time to any car $1 or $100,000,probably have floged/drifted your car in that time! .
Anyway I think cars on terms are lucky to have the salesman louis that I chatted with,haven't met the others but thanks louis.

The staff at Cars on Terms are fantastic to deal with and speak to and they are friendly as well. They go above and beyond to help you out.I have no hesitation in recommending Cars on Terms to my friends and family.

They are great in the fact that they finance single mothers on Centrelink pension, and are very supportive with helping get all the paperwork together however, make sure to pay for a "comprehensive mechanical inspection" on the car because in less than a year the problems that occurred with the car has been: replaced transmission, replaced the radiator, replaced a uni joint, replaced a cracked engine mount and it still needs new head gasket, spark plugs (caused by transmission leak in cracked head gasket), catalytic converter, exhaust and manifold. This all started within three weeks of buying the car.

A little dodgy, I gad no choice, the salesman doesn't like to sell cars!! I rung up to see how application was going, only be told that they needed more info!!! Not sure why he could of called me and said that!! I mentioned that the info required will make application denied, he said no, send it in!! Surely, not long later- I called again and surprise application denied, wouldn't explain why, just answers im a salesman, thats all I do!!!

We have just purchased our 2nd car through Cars on Terms, the team are friendly, helpful and have gone above and beyond to assist us in every way!

BEWARE, ensure you have a complete check done on vehicle before purchase. Dealer will take very little notice of defects identified and recommendations made by reputable independant inspectors for repairs, even if under statutory warranty. Will only repair to what they consider OK not neccessiarly safe. I learnt the hard way and have paid to date $1500.00 to restore the vehicle defects to a safe operating road condition myself. The only positive with this dealer is they will supply finance, even though it will be at 48%. This was our choice to accept this rate as we are Veteran Affairs pensioners and were unable to obtain finance elsewhere.
