One of the Best Gyms I have found.

The classes are on at great times for people who work, and arn't full of crazy athletic types who make everyone look bad. It's a friendly kind of place where everyone is welcome.

The machines upstairs tend to be free most of the time and there are apparently Personal trainers available if that is your kind of thing.

They run a great netball comp almost every night of the week :)

Their friendly staff are always ready to help you and their huge range of facilities definitely give them the plus. Pricing is adequate and overall, it's a gym with a friendly atmosphere so give them a go!
