Sales team review ( centre is exceptional )
i and my family have been member of casey arc for 7 years and after my wife had a pregnancy we five people were not able to go to casey arc but as we were in contract we still paid our contract completely. After the contract was over they still continued to charge us and when i went they charged us the cancellation fees which was more than 150$. Now when we want to join in casey race back they are charging us individual joining fees 99$ each adult and 59$ for 3 child means around 400$ i have to pay joining fees.... i cant believe this that after being part of casey for so long they still cant give any consideration and because of my kids as that's the closest from our new home ( Clyde north ) the attitude of the sales team (Monique & Manager Allison ) was not very friendly, hope they understand this because of all these families they are existing otherwise one by one they will loose all their valued member. The fast they understand better for them.

Both of my kids have just started lessons at Casey Race. Highly impressed with the teachers and there care for my son (he has vision problems so they are sure to make sure he is addressed well so he knows what to do).

Clean and tidy faclity

Both my girls have swimming lessons at Casey Race and I can recommend them highly.. Both are learning at a great rate and now at my youngest being 3, I no longer have to be in with her, which is great for her learning. Also bonus is you can go to the pool whenever you like with your membership, on holidays or weekends, which is great for extra swimming play time

We have been going to Casey RACE since it opened. I love how the hydro pool is included in the price of a swim. Since having my daughter, we have been doing swimming lessons and love our teacher. The splash park is also great! And the toddler pool. Never had an issue. We also love that with swimming lessons you get a membership and you and bubs can swim whenever :-) great value

There is a giant fish bowl, a tunnel boat ride and a wave pool as well as normal pools. One time, my dad and I were in the same boat and it tipped over as we went around the corner, this wasn't our fault but as we exited one off the staff members cracked it at us, which made our experience annoying and made us on edge.

Been here a few times with the kids. They enjoy the water slide and the wait time isn't very long. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. The water isn't very deep, so you really can't swim. You have to use the lanes for this. They have a few water features which are good fun. Have also eaten in the café which is ok for a snack.

Been at RACE for nearly a year now, best gym I have ever been too (been too all the other ones in cranbourne and they suck compared to race) Lovely staff, great atmosphere, great value for money, overall just a excellent place

came here just a couple of hours before it closed so there it wasn't packed - absolutely loved the spa, and the pool was massive!

My son had his 7th birthday as a pool party and I was extremely happy. We had up to four lifeguards during the party for around 15 children. The hour and half party was jam packed - with inflatable obstacle course on a scale you cant even imagine, volleyball, whirlpool, relay races and other such activities. The staff went to a great dseal of effort to make sure the kids felt safe and encouragesd those that were more timid (or younger). They always had the childrens safety in mind. We self catered so did not have the catering expense so made this a very affordable "class party". My daughter cant wait to have her party there as even she said it was the best she had been to. And the best part is for the older children they can then ride on the giant slides and raft tube due their entry having already been paid as a party guest.

Very friendly fun atmosphere the only disappointment they don't have the slides goin that often quite often they close them off
