We went to their show room and organised for the bloke to come around a measure. ! hour had passed his app time so I sent him an sms, it was now 6.30 dont come round too late. Didnt hear from him the next day, so I rang him the following day. I wrote our appointment in for the wrong week and cos I wrote too late dont come round he thought done come round at all. After all was sorted, he has been and measured and he is going to give us a quote using the cheapest materials and tiles etc, then we can decide on our choices.
