Great Communication, new where i stood the hole way through, they were not the cheapest when i was looking, but they did come across a class above and you know what you are getting along with knowing they have been around for as long as they. We had a few issues after install which were mainly user error, Castle had no proble coming out and showing us how to use and fix the system when required. 100% happy and will be recommending this company to anyone looking for security installation.
