Our cat miss P has been coming to see Grant and his staff at cat boarding Collingwood for the past 5 years. Without a doubt it is the Rolls Royce of boarding for cats. They are fantastic to deal with and our cat loves going to see Grant and Jess.

Best cattery in Melbourne. I am actually starting to think our cat likes it more in this cattery than he does at home! The staff are just fantastic, very accommodating. They are very loving to all the cats, but at the same time they are very professional and organised. The cattery has a close relationship with melbourne university vet school, and many of the staff members are either current or former students. I can't recomend this place enough. The only downside is it is neigh on impossible to get a parking spot, but if you give them a bell when you are out the front they will pop out and give you a hand.

I cannot fault anything about this serene place or the people that run it, very professional, yet caring. It is the 3rd Cattery we have used and by far the best. They offer gourmet cat food and wonderful supervision plus the 'hosts' interact with the 'guests' regularly, playtime is also available to the braver felines. Extended drop-off and pick-up times make it so convenient. Our cat kept getting back in her carrier after she came home, wanting to go back there I guess! They also said our cat was beautiful...which is correct....Bella says thanks!

As we were going OS for nearly 4 weeks which included the Xmas/New Year period and have 2 adored young cats who had only ever spent a few days in care we were anxious about the whole process. Having heard good things about this cattery I arranged a visit some months earlier to departure and was impressed with the set up and tranquillity and the obvious caring nature of the staff. We were also very pleased that they encouraged us to bring things familiar to our cats to minimise their separation distress. Our concerns about each cat were duly noted as we left after the settling in period - they were placed next to a fish tank (which we also have at home) and my sons liked the feel of the place as well. On our return the cats were picked up and settled in at home immediately without any issues and they looked well cared for and one of them had had some succesful changes made to his diet thanks to the great patience of one young staff member. Grant was very helpful in giving us the feedback we sought about their time in care and we would highly recommend their services for even the fussiest of cats! The staff are very well qualified and totally caring- couldn't ask for more and gave us great confidence for any future stays.

Have made use of Grant and his team a few times now and couldn't reccomend them enough. Happy to leave my precious ones with them any time.

THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL!

My cat has been here four (or five?) times now, and I won't put her anywhere else. I recently looked at one other cattery closer to home (we drive 2 hours to get to collingwood to take her there) and it was just horrifying. Grant and his team supply a constant supply of attention to every detail of your cat's needs: from their water intake, to their mood, to how each stool is being formed. and then you can send a postcard to your cat and it will be read to your feline friend, and then stuck up on their pen. security and safety is important to grant and his mob, which pleased me very much. someone is always with your cats. the cats in there are so happy, so relaxed and so very healthy looking. they are not in the slightest bit stressed and are calmed by the sound of water. there is also a loungeroom area for the cat/s to play in when it's their time to play outside of their pen, filled with couches to rip to bits, cat towers and heaps of toys. fabulous facility, fabulous staff.

this is the cattery you have been dreaming of. inspect it and be impressed.

Another great cattery!!! I had to go away for the weekend, and my family couldn't look after my cat so I tried my luck here and struck gold! The staff are dedicated and really know how to make each cat warm to them.

An absolutely Fantastic cat minding setup. A large heated enclosure with separate 2 story large housing. All of this is set up like a rainforest complete with plants, a soothing trickling pond and soft rainforest music to calm your kitty. I was told that food was supplied but ended up having to bring my own anyway and was NOT allowed to leave my cats own feeding dish with him which I did not like. He would have been much more comfortable being able to eat from his own dish as he is quite timid around new people and strange cats. The staff also appeared to not really like my pets timidness which I found disappointing. The overall environment was good though.
