Thou must only consume and enjoy fish tacos in the midst of day-of-the-dead paraphernalia, mojito-toting hipster staff and thumping Latin music (or a mobile version of this in a food van), so it's initially strange to be waiting in a somewhat standard fish and chip shop for such fare. Doubly strange then to be presented with a very inviting paddle of three tacos, splayed open with two crispily battered Barramundi fillets in each, beautifully decorated with Chipotle Mayo and a vibrant cabbage salad. You know when there's a groan or a moan during the first mouthful you've stumbled onto something great, but when you're seriously craving it days later and can't wait to get back there for your next dose it's confirmed you've found a mini-Nirvana.

I've been back again and again.

The proprietors are a lovely couple who clearly put an enormous amount of care and effort into everything they do, not just these addictive tacos. That it takes a while if there are more than one or two other customers is not a negative - it's a testament to the level of fastidiousness they seem unwilling to sacrifice.

Had a great burger and chips! The service and value were pretty good too. My friend had the calamari pack which was both delicious and so filling he had to share with me!
They were baking a lamb shoulder for their souvlaki and the aroma just drove me mad. Will be going back for that souvlaki.

I recently had lunch here with friends and we all loved the barramundi tacos, great scot burger, chips and the healthy salad choices. Our gluten free friend had grilled blue grenadier, yummmmm was all she said before after digging in. Friendly and welcoming staff and great value. Will definitely be back to try more!

only been here the once ,its a relative new business,i thought the food was pretty good and the staff were very friendly the chips were nice and crunchy

stopped in here for the first time a few weeks ago, i must say that it really was value for money. the burger i had was so fresh and we got alot for our money will definately be going back

this a pretty new shop so my partner thought hed stop in and grab us some dinner on his way home from work. must say it was very fresh and yummy. the flake was nice and i thought it was great value for money. will be stopping in again

nice fresh fish and chips and great service...it has only just opened up recently and is well worth stopping in...their potato cakes were nice and crunchy and we got a few extra than we ordered which was a bonus..nice friendly staff i would go back again

This fish & chip shop has not long opened in the heart of geelong I had a mouth watering hamburger that was very tasty & we got a lot of chips for $5 & the service was quick & friendly,we will be back

A new fish & chip shop in geelong with fast friendly service we had flake & a hamburger with the lot we found it very tasty & a very small shop but very clean,the woman took time out to ask us how our day had been,we were very happy with the service
