This was The Fluff's third stay at Cat Conservatory and we have always been most happy with the care and attention she's been given. The staff are wonderful and were very obliging when we had to extend her stay.

The team helped me during a stressful time while I was moving home. My little man seemed to be calm and content while in their care. I was so happy to receive updates via email and Facebook. Thank you so much for helping me stress less!!

My cats stayed at the Cat Conservatory for 2 weeks during January and I was so anxious when dropping them off. How could anyone look after them as well as I could? When I picked them up, they were relaxed and it was clear that they had been given as much love as if they were at home. One of my kitties had been on boot camp and was looking great! They also commented on the different mannerisms of my cats, which they would only know of if they had spent a lot of time with them.
The staff also posted photo's on their Facebook page, which was great to see as I was missing them terribly!
I could not recommend Cats Conservatory enough. If you are having doubts about sending your fur baby there, go and have a look and I guarantee you will feel the loving and caring atmosphere when you walk through the doors.

Our 8 month old Olive had to stay for 13 days. She came home relaxed, calm and friendly so obviously she was not scare of anything over-there. The staff was very friendly and ready to answer our emails when we started to miss our furry friend. The atmosphere in the building is one of cats holiday. Very pleased with everything.
Olive meanwhile had another long weekend at the Hotel (how we call it) and again we were very pleased, just praises, nothing to complain.

This was the first time I have used Cats Conservatory for my cat while I was away .
I was very impressed by the excellent reviews on Facebook when I searched and I wasn't disappointed.
The staff where lovely and very attentive and Chloe was very happy with all the attention she received.
Thank you very much to Melissa for sending me pictures of Chloe while I was on holiday , it made me very happy and rest assured to see that she was having a great time and enjoying the beautiful surroundings .

I knew from the moment I walked in and met the staff, felt the warmth and had a look around that this was the right place for our fur baby, Heni. It's the first time I've had to put him in a cattery in his 12 years. I love everything about this place, staff are friendly and clearly love cats.
Heni loved his home away from home stay - he looked super relaxed, and from the photos I received via email, he enjoyed his cuddles.
Would recommend Cats Conservatory to anyone. We will be back. Thank you for caring for our Heni :)

Great, friendly service from the staff. Flexible with pick up times which assisted very well. Hugo was very happy with his stay.

We couldn’t have asked for better care of our 7 month old kitten whilst we were away for a weeks holiday. We have an energetic boy who upon beginning his stay was finishing a medication course. The staff continued with this and we picked him up happy and healthy, and could clearly see he had been pampered during his stay. The staff are extremely friendly and passionate about what they do. We will definitely be using them again.

If there were 6 stars I would pick that rating as Susan and her team are so marvelous with the cats, my little Bandit loved his second stay and his fur was beautiful and sparkling when I collected him !

Can't rate Cats Conservatory highly enough. They took such good care of our two older cats, 13 yrs and 16 yrs who are both on thyroid medication. The facility was excellent, if I was a cat I'd love going there, it's like a resort style setting. Also loved seeing the regular FB updates. My cats came home unaffected from being away from their normal home environment. Thank you so much to the wonderful caring staff!

I would highly recommend Cats Conservatory. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent- very clean and spacious. My cat Ash was well cared for- as a timid and anxious cat, I was concerned she would not settle however the staff ensured she was comfortable and relaxed. The little extras were also appreciated- text, photo, postcard and cat toys- excellent experience for both Ash and myself.

I left my dear cat Bandit in the Cats Conservatory and he was taken care of by the exceptional people and Susan who operates the cattery is a top notch, lovely person, my cat had not been in a cattery and he came home as happy as larry also the Cats Conservatory is really clean ! thankyou so much ..most highly recommended

Awesome staff. Very clean and I was provided with regular updates while I was away. Tammy was well looked after during her stay - lot's of love and brushes.

This was the first time my cat River has been left and the Cat Conservatory was fantastic. I looked at a few places before picking this one and I was so happy with my choice. The areas are gorgeous, spacious and so clean. I had a great holiday and could relax knowing that River was well taken care of. She was healthy and happy when I picked her up, I will definitely be using the Cat Conservatory again.

Thank you for taking such good care of my cat, she came home well groomed, well fed and although a little grumpy with me for going away I knew that she was in good hands.

Our beloved ragdoll Misty spent a month at Cats Conservatory in June/July while we lapped up a month of summer sun in Europe... and I'm still not sure who had more fun!
Misty was pampered and cuddled and spoilt, we could check-in on Facebook and see what she was up to, and the email after her first 24 hours was greatly appreciated.
The staff are all cat lovers - that is clear - and the facility is the best I've seen. Misty stayed in the Hollywood wing, and my 8yo daughter particularly loved the leopard print chaise lounge and canopy in the play area! I've never encountered a cattery before with such effective heating, so this was an added bonus for our princess.
I'd recommend Cats Conservatory to ANYONE looking for an A1 place to leave their puss! We'll see you again for our next holiday!

The staff are so friendly and had all clearly got to know my cat even though he only stayed for 1 week. The facilities are top notch and the little touches like photo updates on Facebook make you feel really cared for. We've already booked him in for his next stay!

I wasn't sure how my boy Barry would go with his first stay away from home at 7 yrs but he clearly had a great time. He was so relaxed and happy, I really appreciate the care and attention that was clearly lavished on him! From the lovely people to the great location, I highly recommend Cats Conservatory and wouldn't hesitate to board Barry there again.

Today we picked up Eddy, our lovely ex stray cat, and brought him home. This was his first stay in a cattery and we were afraid he would freak out and maybe, not be welcomed back. He seems to have loved it and Sue the owner and all her staff are so dedicated and genuinely love their job.

Beyond excellence, the staff and facilities at cats conservatory are above and beyond. Our new kitten Misty had a ball during our week away and was very happy in her accommodation! Would recommend to anyone who wants someone to care for their cat just as much as they do whilst they are away on holiday! Chose to receive emails of Misty during our time away with pictures, the well captured pictures made us feel at ease and let us relax knowing our brand new kitten was safe and happy!

Nothing was too much trouble for Susan and Alice to do to make our two cats feel at home. We received a sms photo of them both looking happy. Feather received a good brushing and the staff were happy to feed her more often being an older cat and eating smaller meals more often. Great relaxing atmosphere for them to stay in.

The whole team are passionate about cats, which is great because that's what they do - incredibly well! Our baby Blue Burmese, Bonkers, loved being spoilt with all the attention. We'll be back, thanks team (Susan, Karen, Alice, Danni) for helping smooth our relocation move from Canberra to Melbourne!

My two sphynx babies spent 10 days here. It was great to see photos and updates on Facebook while we were away. They received lots of love and attention during their stay. I highly recommend this place and would 100% use it again when we go away on holidays again.

Wonderfully friendly staff, helpful and understanding. Treated our 2 tonkinese like royalty for their brief stay in great facilities. Came highly recommended and did not disappoint.
