I had an appointment to remove my Marina and called the office to cancel my appointment but the line was busy. I called the next day in the morning and Dr O'Connor was mad that I did not attend the appointment and he told me he won't remove the Marina and referred me to go on the wait list at the hospital. Very rude and un professional. Would not recommend.

Dr O'conner is my physician, and given the factors involved in such an appointment, for the situation he is very good at making a patient feel comfortable. Very extensively trained so he is extremely well informed in his field. I very much appreciated the way he managed to create an ease given the situation, and while brief, still managed to provide me with the information required
