I love walking around and with this walking club it is possible they don't walk to fast or to slow. Its free so i don't get poor and i loose weight. I recommend this to all my family and friends :)

This is a free walking and gentle exercise group that is held every Tuesday & Friday mornings from 7:45-8:45am inside the Brandon Park shopping centre. I am now retired and joined just over 1 year ago to get in some exercise and fill in some of my day. I wouldn't miss it now. I've met some great new friends and we even have a coffee together at the end of the exercise for a bit more of a gas bag. Our instructor Chrissy is just wonderful and makes us all feel welcome. She provides exercises for all of our fitness levels.
