The customer service and responsiveness are unbelievably personal and effective with solutions if there's any problem with ordering - even after hours! The packaging is excellent and recyclable. The produce we receive is fantastic and they immediately made good the one time the banana's were too green. They care, right through to the delivery person and box recycling. We've been with them for a year now and looking forward to more of the same!

I don't get particularly excited about organic food, but CERES have great ethics in action with their local produce and employment practices.
We've found it best to order specific items for the best fruit & veg (instead of set boxes).
AND they deliver pastries!

I love the concept of what these guys are doing. Fresh, organic and local fruit and veg delivered to a food host near you (or to your door for a small fee). They are excellent with their communication and will happily refund on any items not up to standard. However over time we found that too many of our fruit or veg were not acceptable (mouldy, caterpillers all thru, bruised, woody). It became of case of each delivery had a problem and you don't want to complain about a volunteer run community initiative like this on a weekly basis. I so wanted to keep buying from these guys because I believe in what they do. We usually bought a basics box of fruit and veg.
