Robert organised the finance for the purchase of my new home. From the beginning he was always friendly, professional and knowledgable. Brokers are generally looking for the simple, easy loans as a way to make a quick commission. As a result it is generally difficult to get a broker to listen to your circumstances and find the institution and loan that actually suits you and isn't just the easiest for them to fill. I am happy to say this is not the case with Robert. He takes the time to listen and understand your situation and find you the best result. In an industry that is full of dubious characters I can genuinely say Robert is a good guy providing a great service. I'd recommend him any day.

Robert was excellent! He came to our house and helped us find a bank. Then he helped us with paperwork and procedures until the paperwork was signed. We were so impressed with Robert that when my daughter was looking to buy her first home we immediately recommended Robert. He gave them the same fantastic service and they got their loan. Robert is an excellent and very supportive broker. He explained the process every step of the way, was easily contactable and replied to calls, texts and emails very promptly. Ours was an extended settlement and he helped us re-apply for our loan after it had expired and to extend it twice, over the course of a year. He is still supporting us now, with the first home owners grant application - even though we have already settled on our property!
