CGU Car Insurance

i pay my insurance by the month, making it a lot more affordable. when I have had the unfortunate experience of making a claim on either my household contents or my car insurance they have been very accommodating, prompt, polite and efficient. i could not have asked for a better service.

Good prices and easy to deal with when booking in car. When it came to claiming my car insurance after an accident they were extremely difficult to deal with. The assessor that they organised was very poor and abusive. Rarely kept in contact and was never clear. Our mechanic was not paid for a very long time and things were not finalised. At the end of the day the cheaper price is usually more appealing.

I have used CGU for my car and house insurance for the last 5 years and they are fantastic. They are so helpful and caring and really quick in getting your car back to you. I would highly recommend them to anyone. You dont need to get quotes you just take in and they fix it for you
