Nooo !!!!! Hired 3 people to deep clean my house, told them everything that needed done and after they ‘finished’, nothing but a bench wipe down and vacuum was done !

Asked for basic stuff like a clean bathroom, wipe down of walls, clean edging downstairs and clean windows. Yes nothing was touched. Such a poor job that the toothpaste mark on the bathroom cabinet was still Next to the sink. I am soo unhappy and they had the audacity to still take my money and not reply to my messages.

I requested them to come back and was told it was at my expense, so they came back tried to overcharge me by an extra 180. Anyway I paid them because they claimed the house is perfect, just to come home to pink walls and yellow soap scum STILL in my bathrooms. I can’t believe after 5 hours of work and numerous workers this is what I got.
Now just hoping for a reply on the 4th day of what was meant to be a 4 hour max. Deep clean!!!

I was led down by another removalist company but thankful Charbz group came to the rescue
