I have been coming here since the store had opened many years ago and have constantly been impressed with their food and service. I have always felt very welcomed and appreciated as a customer which i can honestly say i have not found in many other businesses. They seem to form a genuine connection with every customer greated.
All the food is consistantly delicious!

Amazing food always fresh and hot. Only place that gives you "hot chips" that's hot. Other places serve stale and cold chips. Amazing salad variety and chicken tastes so good.

So delicious, i love the flavours on the chicken! I've only been about three times because i do live so far away, but when i'm in the area i do always have to stop off to just grab something. Really friendly service too.

Charcoal chickens are so tasty! With some chains the chickens have gotten smaller over time, Charcoal chickens are still a good size. They always seem to be consistent in size, flavour and how they are cooked.

We have also purchased various salads on different occasions. Some we have liked, soome not so much, but that is just personal taste. The quality and especially freshness has always been really good.

The boys in the family also really enjoy the ribs!

Service is always professional and polite.

Really lovely staff. The food was great too at a decent price. Plenty of food on their menu so im never dissappointed.

Never had a problem with meals here. The food is quite nice infact and they have a fair selectioon of menu items. The staff members are kind and courteous and their is plenty of car parking. Great place for fried chicken!

There chicken rolls n there chips are amazing.

Love the staff always smiling and when there not busy they are willing to have a little chat.

Never have to wait to long everything is always fresh.

We have been going to charco chicken since they were part of the charcoal chicken franchise and them they branched out on their own. The quality of food and outstanding service is second to none.....would happily recommend to all! JUST BRILLIANT!

Good place for your chicken and chips. No long waiting cuew. Decent portion size. Love the Portuguese-style chicken. Everything is fresh. They do have vegetarian options as well.

When i was served at Charocs the service was friendly and very helpful. my food tasted fresh and i got great value for my money. i would recommend Charcos to anyone.

The food is absloutley amazingg!! I go and eat there whenever i can, sometimes i end up going three times a week!
The staff are very friendly and are all well behaved unlike other places! The chips at charcos are to die for theyr not too soft not too crispy they are perfect!!
The place itself is very clean & tidy! I have never had an issue with my food at all!

Great BBQ chicken without the 'chemical' taste that you get from the regular fast food joints. Their chips are nice and thick and in a generous serving.
