Love the charlie burger thou Still prefer grill’d for burger but charlie have better herb mayo sauce. Taste really fresh.

I enjoy Emporium for my lunch time visits as there so much to choose from. So the other day i tried a burger which was delicious with pickle mayo and ketchup and cheese. i found the bread rolls very soft and fresh. to me the burger was missing some salad but otherwise it was good.
the side chips were crispy and hot ... definitely a generous portion for 1 so next time i will skip them as i could not finish them ... priced at almost $6 was little steep though.

service was efficient and i did not wait long for my order during the busy lunch rush which was good.

In an interesting glasswalled kitchen, in the middle of the Emporium food court, these guys are hard to miss. They are surrounded by chairs and tables that were packed with people, most with Charlie burgers. They had an interesting serving system: each customer being given a UFO shaped pager that lit up and buzzed when the order was ready to be collected. The wait wasn't that long considering the sheer number of people waiting.

Me and a friend got two lots of chips; truffle and parmesan and the sea salt. The truffle chips were quite nice, however a little oily and left a strange taste in my mouth. At $5 for a reasonable sized portion they were maybe a little pricy.

The menu gives lots of burger options also sells alcohol. Extra sauce or ingredients are $0.50 - $4 each.
