Excellent service, very friendly, professional and good value for money. Bimsara did a fantastic job steam cleaning all the carpets in the house. I will use this service again and would definitely recommend them.

Avoid using this company!Classic bait and switch. Was quoted $220 for 1 bdr 1 bathroom plus balcony $25 ,carpet steam $71 up to 3 rooms over email. Cleaners arrived this morning and it’s $30 for wardrobe mirrors, $90 more for windows,extra grout $90 , carpet $110 $250 basic cleaning. suddently, everything with the extra came up to $644. i told them to get lost from my unit!
then the argued that they need to charge me for cancellation cost $80. i told them i dont see any t& c in the bookings about this. i dont want them to do the cleaning when the email quote vs the on site quote were extremely different. im a small woman& there’s 2 of them in my apartment.i was pressured to pay the $80
If they just told me upfront on all these extra costs then I wouldn’t have booked them . you cant be in this industry by playing your ad as cheap and then rip off ur customer on the job. i am not willing to spend $644 when i was only quoted for $400 max cost for 1 bdr apartment.this company is bad news

Avoid like the plague . Classic bait and switch. Was quoted $295 on the phone which ‘included everything’ incl. carpet clean.
Cleaners arrive and it’s 80 more for the oven 40 more for the blinds etc . If they just told me upfront on the phone then I wouldn’t have booked them . Then it was someone else to do the carpet , again not told this when quoted. So another 90 for the carpet so all up paid 400 + instead of 295 for a tiny 1br unit . Was told someone would get back to me too but haven’t heard from them .

Terrible service, unfinished clean and when we re-booked the cleaner to come back out to finish the job 2days later he never arrived. Called and e-mail the office multiply times were promised calls back and this never occurred. I had to re-clean the whole property again myself. I have now taken the matter further as worst end of lease cleaning service I have ever had.
