I have had extensive visits to other periodontists over the past few years to try to stabilize my gum health issues, however the costly and frequent visits were overwhelming, and not making much of a difference to improve the problem. I made an appointment to see Dr. Ruchi Agarwal as I wanted to replace 2 old crowns. Dr Ruchi explained that we needed to stabilize my gum problem before the crowns could be replaced. I underwent sessions of deep cleaning and gum flap surgery. Dr Ruchi is AMAZING!! She explained everything to me and was so thorough and gentle with the procedure. Now my gums are stable and we can hopefully maintain them through regular maintenance cleaning.
Dr Ruchi has now replaced my 2 front crowns and I am SO HAPPY! Everthing was explained and the price was very good. If you have periodontal issues I HIGHLY recommend Dr Ruchi.
The receptionists and nurses are lovely. Dr. Ruchi is very professional in her work and she does it all with her very warm and friendly personality.
If you are afraid of going to the dentist, please go and make an appointment with her!

I haven’t been to the dentist for a very long time. Needed 2 crowns done at the same time, I was very nervous but the Dentist (and staff) were fantastic. They made me feel relaxed, the procedure was easy and they made every effort to make me feel comfortable . Very reasonable price too.

I rarely provide feedback and am very demanding in my expectations of service and care. It's true I have been a victim of dentistry for over 50 years with painful consequences and memories of all the horrors I experienced. If you need dentistry go to Dr Ruchi!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do mean this, this dentist is fantastic, absolutely no pain, and I had 6 crowns put in. Not only that she is a very kind person that informs you of each step in the process, and uses the latest technology that supports the best patient experience. I have no hesitation recommending Chelsea Dentists (on Nepean H'way), Dr.Ruchi or any of the friendly staff!

We booked first appointment for our daughter with the dentist Dr Ruchi Aggarwal and she was excellent from the start. Our daughter was scared from the dentist but Dr Ruchi made her feel very comfortable. It was the first time a dentist had actually explained everything about how to look after the kids diet to prevent tooth decay from the start. The dentist genuinely cared. The staff at this practice is very polite and helpful.

This dental practice forces its patients to delete negative reviews about this place. The owner threatens the patients with not giving their money back until the negative review is removed. So all these reviews are fabricated, therefore do not trust this place as they don't give freedom of speech and they don't have good dental services.

EDIT: This is additional response to the Practice Manager, who made a comment to my last review. You are correct "Practice manager" I am not a patient, but I am resenting a person who got a very poor treatment, which made her tooth worse, and was forced to delete their review, other-wise they would not receive their money back. The Practice Manager should "immediately" fix up her business, as it is "inappropriate" and "incorrect" !! ;)

Very quiet drill, painless treatment, very impressed, modern equipment, excellent dentists.

No one loves the dentist do we...but...I personally hadn't been for several years and need teeth extraction, and the new Chelsea Dental group were fabulous. Yes I was nervous but they are quick to put you at ease.

First time to the dentist in a long while and they staff at Chelsea Dental were both friendly and professional and did a fantastic job!! Have and will highly recommend to any body requiring dentistry!
