Highest mark for CVC. Unfortunately my loving dog , Chiefy , had come to the end of his days after 18 great years. This clinic was so professional and caring in putting this beautiful dog to sleep. From the first moment to the last they were ever so caring and I cannot thank them enough. To follow up with a sympathy card was just ever so thoughtful. It is always hard to lose your best mate but I would like to thank CVC for making the ordeal as seamless as humanly possible. RIP Chief Thanks Graham Voss 11/07/16

My 5 pets and I are so fortunate having David W and David S as "our" vets. Smart, compassionate, practical and totally focused on providing the best quality of life for my beloved pets. I cannot fault the vets or the practice in any way - exemplary.

The vets, David S. and David W., along with the vet nurses have been absolutely wonderful to my Archie and Ripley. Archie, a roguish little Cairn, has decided on multiple occasions to swallow things, get coughs, or get infections that have needed treatment. Likewise Ripley, a louche tortoiseshell cat, has thought that getting sick or having problems with her teeth would brighten up her days and mine. Both of them have received amazing care here. Not only are pets well taken great care of but also owners- I've always had everything explained clearly to me, and any concerns I've had about Archie and Ripley's health have been checked out and taken care of. Everyone is very friendly and you never feel as if though they're rushing to get you out, or that you have to re-explain the history of your pet..There's a great puppy pre-school also run here (not that Archie paid any attention), and the vet nurses are terrific help over the phone if you just need to ask a question about pet care. Very highly recommend.

Very friendly reception/nursing staff;vets are very caring, knowledgeable and happy to help. You feel like you've been a client for years even if you've only just walked through the door for the first time.

Absolutely superb clinic in whom I trust. Intelligent and compassionate care combined with professionalism and sensitivity. I would go nowhere else and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

This clinic was originally recommended to me by a friend. We have been taking our two dogs Eddie & Tilly there for 3 years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The vets are fantastic, very honest and trustworthy. I was recently in town and my dog Eddie got bitten by another dog at a park that we hadn't been to before. In a panic I raced to the vets across the road and they quoted me $1200 for a couple of stitches which seemed obscene. I made the journey back to my local vets and they managed to treat Eddie for a small fee (and he didn't need any stitches after all!!). They were just fantastic and explained everything so well, sending me home with assurances that I could call them any time. I'm writing this review because I think that once you find a service that is good you should stick with it and share it - they are great and I highly recommend them!

I go here with my 2 Bulldogs all the time, they have some lovely vet nurses that are always willing to have a chat about your doggies and the vets are thorough, they mapped out the best plan for my dogs surgery, i knew he was in the best care and he came home perfectly happy, you wouldn't even know he had surgery if it wasn't for the bucket. I would recommend this vet to anyone with animals. They really seem like they care and they know what they are doing, everything is explained in simple English and the vets are very friendly and listen to what you want to do too.

My Golden Retriever had a hot spot and I have been wanting to go in to Cheltenham Vet because I like their native plant garden. So friendly on the phone, I was very impressed. Then the most genuine and friendly welcome I have ever had from a vet nurse, she gave my dog a blanket to lie on and pigs ear because my Golden Retriever's teeth were chattering with anxiety, she sat with me and talked about the craft show! Vet very very nice and didn't rush me. Not only treated hot spot but listened to her heart, checked her ears, temperature, clipped nails and my girl liked him which was great to see. I am a nursing student and appreciated his thorough explanation of her allergies. I would highly recommend this vet for EVERYONE. You don't know what you're missing out on.
