Im am disgusted with the service at the mount druitt Westfield store. I went in looking for something and when i read consult doctor if breastfeeding i placed item back on shelf and left the store. Less than 2 minutes later i had a staff member follow me through the shopping centre yelling out excuse me. When i stopped and turned around she then asked me if i had stolen the item. I have never been so embarrassed and angry i led her back to the store when i show her where i had placed the item where she said thanks have a nice day and walked off, no apology or nothing, I will never step foot back into a blooms chemist again and if u have a theft problems install better security measures instead of accusing people of theft. Im very disgusted and embarrassed about the whole situation :(

This place ALWAYS without a doubt has sales going.. its heaps good and a heaps friendly place to go as well, i suggest coming here and would recommend to anyone !

Ive been to purchase numerous items in this store and find it great price wise however service could be better.
On my last visit there were many people waiting to be served while staff joked with one ( obviously regular customer) not that you mind but when all operation stops for all 4 staff with customers waiting and then having to repeat myself 3 times after staff member asks then returns with wrong product is very frustrating but overall a good store
