Over priced. Won't refund faulty goods. Very uncaring. Staff are very slow. Very disappointing!

This chemist is our close little 'secret' chemist that we visit whenever we have a sudden need - it's open after hours so it's super handy for those like us with children who suddenly have 'needs' for forgotten-to-repurchase prescriptions and other chemist types of products. So handy as it's not far down the road - like five minutes - and a real godsend because we used to have to go all the way into Gosford to get a late night/after hours prescription filled. I think their prices are also very good and they have lots of specials too. A good fossicking tray of make-up bargains to look through while I'm waiting for my prescriptions. The chemist was happy to ask my questions about a prescription and even printed a copy of the ingredients out for me to take home and compare it with the generic brand. Very helpful.

Very handy for those late night Med pick ups. Prices are a lot cheaper than other Chemist's, we actually drive out of our way to Chemist Outlet as it works out so much cheaper than our local Chemist.

Staff are very helpful, always ask if we want a cheaper brand, provide advice on efficient use and storage of meds.

Very happy and keep coming back.

The only after hour chemist open until 10pm with unbeatable prices! The same antibiotics from Chemist Outlet cost me $5.80, but $14.95 from Megasave in Erina Fair! What a huge difference in pricing.

Basically these guys promote themselves as a low-price chemist outlet and thats exactly what you will find. Very organised shop space and a great variety of quality brands. Best thing is they are open till 10pm 7 days a week!
