Service at Front very good staff very obliging .... BUT will not get a script there again ... told 15 mins 30 mins passed ... aked about script as had another appointment .. told almost ready still waited another couple of minutes ..... guys on computers behind counter might be robots ... is that all they do. Everthing is prepacked ... how does it take this long to service a script.Pathetic.

very friendly and helpful, the amount of money i have saved just in medication over the last 12 month is huge, i know if i wanted something in particular they would have it, i may have to travel that little bit more but it is all wreath it in the end.

chemist warehouse pretty much have everything you need. Such a big, wide variety for all needs. friendly staff, always willing to help or answer any questions you have. Cheap prices, much more cheap then what ive seen other chemists to be. Store is fairly big so its not all cludded and you can actually take your time to have a look around. When waiting in line though theres always a big line up but ive only ever been waiting for 5-10 minutes. Definatiely recommend.

prices here are great and they have a good range almost all you need but when you go to checkout I have never got out under 5 mins mostly more like a 10 minute wait need more checkouts and staff

This chemist has the largest range of products than any other I've seen in Launceston - and they prices are cheaper than any I've seen. The staff are very helpful, but because of the large number of customers there don't seem to be enough staff on if you are in a hurry. Highly recommended!

I find that there is never enough staff on when the sale is on and when in a rush in your lunch break you just walk out as you don't have time to wait in line. Otherwise I enjoy going in to get my products whether off shelf or prescriptions.

This is chemist has the largest range of products in Launceston. The prices of their prescription mediciines are cheaper than anywhere else. There is a problem of paying for parking if you can find a parking spot nearby.
