The staff is very very unfriendly. I was keen to buy myself new perfume's. I was helping my self and zeroed on two perfumes of which one's tester was over. I liked the perfume but wasn't fully sure of the fragrance as the tester was empty. When I asked if they have another they rudely said they don't and the perfume manager (I didn't know they keep a position like that :) ) is away so they can't open a new one. I said I'm here to buy and willing to pay in advance but the staff was rude in their responses. Instead of giving me alternative options that you can come later or giving me a valid reason they just kept saying that the perfume manager is away. When I asked for the store manager they refereed me to the pharmacy manager. After repeating my story he said he can't open a new one as the tester is a specific stock which made sense. The same could have been explained by the staff to which he said they are new. This is a big fat lie as I have been visiting the place for over a year and the rude staff (an Indian girl) has been around for over 6 months. Really unhappy with the rudeness and the non-helpful attitude.

There are loads of Chemist Warehouses around Sydney! Parramatta is my favorite store though as the staff are really helpful and will go out of their way to help you!

As with all Chemist Warehouses, there is always some sort of special or sale on here. And their products are generally priced cheaper than most other chemists and supermarkets. As my son has mild eczema, I usually buy QV products here as I find they usually have the best prices. This Parramatta store is always super busy and shop assistants are sometimes hard to track down. However, having been here on so many occasions, I think I've got product location down packed now, and am usually in and out in a flash.

I have been here quite a few times, particularly for perfume for all major occasions, and vitamins, fish oil tablets, etc. It is always busy but I have usually managed to get someones attention and have obtained reliable advice regarding perfumes. They have always been helpful to me. There is another specialty perfume shop that I go to in Parramatta but i mostly purchase from Chemist Warehouse due to the above reasons.

Have shopped here a few times, mostly during the busy seasons eg chiristmas, easter valentines etc the worst times of the year.
Its always busy when i go people everywhere and the MC is always out the front outlining the specials.
So whenever I walk in i get hounded by the MC telling me whats on special.
Such a little stuffy store, with so much selection.
Hard to find staff members for assistance. They always seem so busy rushing around.
As other chemist warehouse there are heaps of specials

I ordered some compression stockings for a trip overseas & the pharmacist told me they would phone once available. It never happened. So I phoned to check if they were in. They were. When I arrived there, the pharmacist couldn't find them, but said he would order them in for me. Stupidly, I decided to add some heat packs to my order. The pharmacist said they would call once the heat packs were in. It never happened. So I called to check my order was in. When I turned up, the pharmacist couldn't find my order & asked me "Are you sure you ordered them?" (is this what he asks patients? "Are you sure you're sick?"). He eventually found my order & I paid for them on credit. However, he forgot to give me a receipt. I only realised once I got home so called him. He responded he would leave a receipt for me in a few days. When I went back in a few days, he wasn't on duty & hadn't left a note for the other staff. I explained the situation to one of the shop girls, who then passed it to one of the dispensary assistants. The dispensary assistant then said to me angrily "I don't understand what it is that you want". She said this before giving me a chance to explain myself!
Just appalling...

I bought five perfume packs from them for gift and also one for myself. After mothers day sale they have also added extra 10% off. I have saved a lot what I imagined to buy all these perfumes. I'm very happy with their price. The shop is always busy. I noticed all the perfumes I bought are at least $10 less than Priceline's price. This is the first time I've bought perfumes from them. What I was concerned is- are these authenticated perfumes? Do you think there are quality difference among Priceline and Chemist Warehouse perfumes except the price?
The perfume I've already bought(Bvlgari rose) from them doesn't stay long. It can be because of EDT not EDP. Can anyone pls help?
