training with husband but each trained accordingly to our strengths and weakness. Really enjoying training in the park, never realized you could do so much. Hard work but feeling really good. Cherie a very good motivator and gives you advice and tips to stay on track

In 12 months training with Cherie- I have lost 11 kg and transformed by body type from 26% to 10% body fat. My strength and energy levels have improved dramatically and I feel I have turned by the biological clock 10 years. Cherie is an inspiring person and not only talks the talk but also walks the walk. She is committed to her own health and training and can draw on many years of experience and an early background as an Olympic contender.

Cherie is such a great trainer. She has managed to help me lift my fitness up several notches and also totally overhaul my thinking. Previously, I would have had really negative thoughts like "I can't do it", "I'm too old" and "I'm just not up to it." Now I totally believe in what I can achieve and am loving the new level of fitness I am experiencing, plus the extra energy I have. Cherie is a fantastic motivator and a pleasure to train with. She is so super fit, she is an inspiration to us all.

I have been training with Cherie for about four months and I would happily recommend her if you are thinking about improving your health or getting fitter. Her regular website posts are also really inspirational and offer heaps of good information.

I have been training with Cherie for a few months now.
After seeing a few different trainers and frustrated with achieving sporadic results I was about to give up when I came across WOMOW and found Cherie.

Through the program that Cherie has personally tailored for me I am finally achieving positive results through exercise, eating and a positive attitude.

I have found that Cherie takes a real interest in not just training but also in bringing out the best in me and through positive encouragment I really look forward to my training sessions, and as a result, I now take on challenges that I wouldnt even have attempted before.

Each session is motivating, challenging and fun, continually moving me one step closer to my goals. I really enjoy that each session is different but my favourite one is training at the beach.

I cannot recommend Cherie highly enough.

Great trainer - love my sessions with Cherie. Very supportive, caring and interested in looking after you both on a fitness level and health wise. Always encouraging, I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been training with Cherie since 2008. I have found Cherie to be a highly intelligent, committed and caring trainer. She was able to quickly understand my training needs, assess my weaknesses and set realistic goals for achievement.
Training sessions are fun, varied and push me along a steady improvement path.

i love training with Cherie Horne, not only is it fun and exhilarating i get wonderful results, she is a lovely lady who makes you fell beautiful and teaches you to love your self and how to be healthy in all aspects of life. she is truthful and supportive the whole way to reaching your goal and then in maintaining it. training with Cherie Horne is the best thing i have ever decided to do it is the starting point in changing my life and Cherie has bean supporting my from day one.

WE STARTED TRAINING WITH CHERIE 6 MONTHS AGO IN A TWO ON ONE TRAINING SCENARIO. CHERIE HAS SUCH A FRIENDLY PERSONALITY THAT WE INSTANTLY FELT COMFORTABLE WITH HER, AND SHE QUICKLY LEARNT ENOUGH ABOUT US TO KNOW WHEN AND HOW TO PUSH US. NO TWO TRAINING SESSIONS HAVE EVER BEEN THE SAME, AS SHE HAS SO MANY TRICKS UP HER SLEEVE TO KEEP US MOTIVATED AND CHALLENGED. ONE OF OUR FAVOURITE SESSIONS WAS AT THE BEACH, WHICH WAS A GREAT CHANGE FROM THE P.T. STUDIO, THE ONLY EQUIPMENT WE USED WAS OURSELVES!

CHERIE SEEMS TO ENJOY BRINGING OUT OUR COMPETITIVE SIDES BY SETTING CHALLENGES FOR US AGAINST EACH OTHER, WHICH KEEPS THINGS FUN. THE TRAINING HAS BOOSTED OUR STRENGTH SO MUCH! I HAVE REALLY NOTICED THE IMPROVEMENTS WHEN I GO TO MY ADVANCED POLE DANCING CLASSES, AND CAN EASILY DO MOVES THAT I USED TO TAKE MONTHS MASTERING...AND MY HUSBAND NOW HAS MUSCLE DEFINITION THAT WAS NEVER REALLY THERE BEFORE. OUR CARDIO FITNESS HAS ALSO VASTLY IMPROVED, AND I AM NOW ABLE TO EASILY RUN 2 LAPS OF THE BOTANICAL GARDENS (ABOUT 8KM), WHEN I USED TO STRUGGLE COMPLETING 1 LAP.
