Chun Po

MY favorite chinese take away when I was still living in Malvern. These days I still go back once every full moon and the quality of food has been consistently good and never disappoint. The prices are reasonable too. Every single dish I've tried at this place was delicious and comes in generous portion. But I do have a favourite dish - Wasabi beef fillet.

Based on the review made on WOMOW, I decided to give Chun Po a try last weekend. I tried their spring rolls as recommended by some people here, it was one of the best. The spring rolls were nice and crispy but did not taste greasy at all. I also tried their Soy Sauce Chicken, it was to die for. The chickens were very tender and fresh. The service was first class, the waitresses were always standing nearby and always ready to top up my tea and rice.

The food at Chun Po is first class Chinese cuisine. I love the Spring Rolls and the Dim Sims as an entree and for mains I had the Squid which blew my mind. The atmosphere is intimate and the service is fast.

We dined there on a Saturday night, and despite being extremely busy the service was timely, the food was delicious and we really enjoyed their spring rolls. Hard to beat as a vegetarian dining experience

Great Cantonese cuisine! Crispy chicken is amazing. Great service, on busy nights the boss becomes the Matre d'. No long waits. all dishes are prepared and served well. relaxed atmosphere. open late on weekends.

Many visits here and have taken many friends who in turn continue to eat here. A small place - usually go by specials or as recommended by Wing. Food is always most enjoyable

Awesome food and very Good prices. This is a very understated restaurant. The decor is nothing flash, but the food is amazing. Try the scallops. Actually just about anything on the menu is good.
