This is not an arcade we will return to. I purchased 2 coupons online for $5.00 for 30 minutes to play any arcade games, plus a ride on the go karts. When we went to use the coupons, the staff told us its not "any" game, its the older games. And even some of the older games wouldn't take the card they gave us to use. Out of the whole building, we were able to play 4 games in total.

If we wanted to ride the go karts, we would have to do it during the 30 minutes we had to play or our card would expire. The problem was the line was so long, our card would expire before we even got to the attendant.

I feel that they scammed us with these coupons from Scoopon. That, combined with several games that were broken, will insure we won't be returning.

That sounds a bit shonky - they always have terms and conditions with those coupons purchased online! Thanks for the heads up!

Hi JulienS, thanks for the heads-up! A large percentage of pre-purchased coupons are little more than a marketing scam. Keep in mind that unless the actual coupon (or corresponding documentation) fails to outline the stipulated ‘conditions’ the business in question opens themselves up to a ‘false advertising’ claim and is obliged to offer you the service required. While businesses like this may make a tidy sum from their coupons, they fail to realize that their short sighted actions may eventually cost them a potential long-term, paying customer. Thanks again for your candid comments. Reeces
