The staff decided to do some washing for us even though this had not been discussed and shrunk 3 expensive pieces of clothing. When I complained to the management they were unreasonable, refusing to accept any blame, and refused to offer any compensation. They are completely unprofessional in their manner and the way in which they deal with problems. I would not recommend to anyone to use this company.
