Great experience with the podiatrist every time. She takes care of my poor feet that get crammed into high heels most of the time and they always come out feeling healthy and pampered. Haven't had any issues with appointments or service.

I had a terrible customer service experience at this clinic - they were rude, disorganised and their staff seemed disinterested. In the past I have turned up for appointments to be told that my physio has left or 'we forgot to call you to reschedule'. I would not recommend

Turned up for my appt only to be told the osteo has moved to Byron. Perhaps they should let their clients know. I had a similar issue there a few years ago, which is why I hadn't been back. Disgraceful customer service. Never again.

Don't go there!! I had an appointment for 3 weeks for a food intolerance test. I arrived & they had not ordered the kit required until the day before!! I waited over 1.5 hours for the kit to arrive! I asked to cancel my appointment & get my money back where as I was told that I had previously cancelled an appointment (I had given 3 weeks notice) so I couldn't cancel this one & get my deposit back - even though the kit was not there!!! I struggled with the logic of that one??? The professional who eventually carried out the test appeared 'bored' & did not give me any new information - I asked many questions & 'squeezed' the answers out of them - they gave me the basics (nothing I had not already read up on), along with a few inaccuracies!!! They told me she would send me some information regarding 'replacements' for the foods I was intolerant to - nothing came!! Shocking service - $300 - waste of money!!!

Do not go here if you want to see a Naturopath. They will send you to a Nutritionist then not refund your money when you notify them of this error. Their website clearly states they offer Naturopath services - but they don't!

I've suffered major back pains which have led me to many places , but all seemed low on experience, and helped me temporarily. This clinic helped treat my physical condition and mental condition, explaining the condition and purpose of my recent constant pain and most importantly, how to treat it daily.

I had a first appointment with CityClinic today with treatment from James Pallett for a strained bicep muscle/ligament . Service was excellent and very professional. Keep up the great work and thankyou. Regards, Lindsay

Got my lower back fixed there a couple of times now. Very nice staff, James the ostheo is highly recommended - my wife sent me there the first time and am now going for regular check ups.

Hi Kate (City Clinic Podiatrist), Just wanted to let you know that I ran the city2surf yesterday in 76 minutes - my best time. While I am feeling a little worn out today, my knees are the best they've ever been after a long run like that. I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to do that / recover without your treatment.
