A good gym,I used a free 2 week voucher here and during that time went daily.they have heaps of gym equipment,and lots of weights which I love.the walls are all mirrored so you can watch yourself work out.they have free daycare there for kids too which my mrs loved,she had a coffee and used the treadmills and rowing machine while they had our boy in the daycare.all the staff are lovely and the gym fees are good.

The new Mount Pleasant 24 hour gym has everything you need for a great workout, the floor plan is well structured and has a good balance of weights and cardio equipment. Pitfalls include the main gym not being accessible 24 hours (Victoria St), and lack of decent airconditioning in the mt pleasant gym, and also the high cost of the memberships compared to other 24 hour franchises such as anytime fitness. overall, a good club to train at if you're ever in mackay
