this company needs to train its staff in customer service! when buying a car you really want the sales people to talk to you, picking up a phone is not that hard! consistency between sales people and sticking to a deal that has been confirmed is not their strong point either. if you do buy a car from them please ensure that when you receive the new car that you go over it with a fine tooth comb and check every panel, every modification or accessory that you requested and let them know straight away if anything is missing....they tried to give us a car with no accessories fitted (including a towbar!) and had signed all the paperwork to say that all the work had been done....not happy jan!!!!!!!!!
