I took my car in for a service, and specifically asked whether it would include a basic clean (wipe down and vacuum) and I was told it would.

However they did not make any attempt to clean my car at all. I suspect because I turned down their offer to include a number of overpriced services last minute.

I pointed out this omission and they (reluctantly) agreed to take my car back to finish the job. Unfortunately, instead of approaching the matter with grace, I was confronted with lots of passive and overt aggression, which was completely unnecessary and unhelpful. No doubt trying to intimidate me, as a young female on her own.

Would not recommend. You could (and should) get better service elsewhere.
