We used to send our dogs there, but after signs of stress plus insults from the people there we stopped. After noticing our dog walking funny we took her to the vets... they haven't clipped her nails and as a result they grew inwards (and yes, we had asked for this to be done). A few years ago I would have given a brilliant review, but this place seems to have lost its caring nature in the last year or so.

Definitely would not go back again.

The ladys here are rude becouse i missed 1 appointment due to work calling me in to work she banned me the put a note for employees to tell me my money or my dog is not welcome here the first time i sent my dog here come back riddle with flees and very sad i will never come back to this horrible place ever again and i desperately tell everyone not to take there dogs her if you as you will get abuse and neglect DONT TAKE YOUR FURBABIES HERE

My dog Ralph has been a regular at City Slickers for more than 8 years. He always enjoys his visits and looks beautiful when I pick him up. The staff have been helpful and supportive whenever he's had any health issues. I thoroughly recommend City Slickers.

The owner is a genuine animal lover who understands dog psychology and behaviour. I like the way they looked after my dog and cut his hair. They actively support animal causes & I would thoroughly recommend them.

The owner obviously loves animals, you can tell just walking into her salon as there are collection tins & information for all sorts of animal causes, she also donates a % of her income to help animals globally. This as well as good prices and service keeps me bringing my dogs here year after year.

a friend of mine recommended City Slickers. I have used other salons in the past but could never get them to scissor trim my dog so it still looks fluffy. these guys did such a great job and they offer a discounted rate for repeat visits even though their prices are the cheapest I have found!

We used City Slickers for the first time last week because our usual and trusted dog groomer is currently in hospital having a knee replacement. For the price, this was an excellent service and we will continue to use them until our usual groomer is back at her business. They offer good discounts for regular customers and also stock the BARF range of dog food which we took advantage of. Definitely recommend for your best friend.

The staff here always do a great job of my dog. With the last place I went to my dog was always scared to get out of the car. Here he is very excited and loves to go in. Be wary of taking your dog off the lead though in the store as they are located on a main road. This store is happy to have my dog in at any length to cut but do try and get me to rebook / offer a cheaper price with re-bookings.

Great service with a smile! These friendly ladies took very good care of my little dog and I will be going back to them when she is due for a haircut in future. I have had bad experiences with other businesses in the past but am pleased to say that I have found a local business that is reasonably priced and do a great job.
