Civic Video staff were very helpful and recommended a movie which the whole family loved. Great new titles were on offer and we had trouble choosing from all the excellent flicks. Reasonable prices and a nice clean store. I'm pleased with the bussiness and will continue coming back.

Civic Video in Elsternwick has a large range of movies. while some of the staff leave a lot to be desired, there is one who make the journey to this video shop a great experience. Renee is a great wealth of knowledge and her customer service skills are unlike any I have encountered. I think she is a major asset to this video shop and her boss should be made aware this.
