Very fast service, deliveries are always correct, and when i recently had an issue with an item they answered the phones, replied to emails and followed me up until they're sure I was happy / sorted. Wouldn't go anywhere else for filters or parts.

I dont know where these people are and I dont care. All I know is every time I have been stuck I send them an email, I get a response within a couple of minutes with the link I need to click and once I order I get a response telling me my item has been shipped. Now if I could buy all my hardware this way I would be a happy man.

I cannot fault the service that comes with the products that are sold by this business. Their purchase site is very easy to use and their products are of a high standard. We had an existing in tap filter and these products are of high quality and last as long if not longer than their branded counterparts. Very happy to use this business again.

needed a tank and filter a my old workplace. staff were exceptional, both over the phone and in person, and it was done to a good standard, with a cheap cost.

I bought a new cartridge for my water filter and it does the job perfectly and was considerably cheaper than from my local retailer.

I have installed new water filters to my 2 shower heads and 1 bath tap and have been extremely impressed the way in which the product was sold is actually true and correct. I was also very impressed by their quality service and technical knowledge of their products.

This was in stark contrast to some of the other websites that I looked at. The filter only took a couple of days to arrive and was sent to the correct address.
