I had Liliana and Nancy come today for cleaning of my home they were both very lovely ladies who cleaned my home thoroughly, my bathrooms are sparkly clean, they will be my ongoing cleaners from now on, I would highly recommend this company

I requested for a spring clean service from Clean House Melbourne (2 hours per cleaner, 2 cleaners $88/hr/cleaner including GST, so $352 for a two-hour job with two cleaners) due to its excellent reviews. I had a pleasant correspondence with the owner, Mimmo, who assured me and arranged everything promptly.

Two cleaners, Bantan and Mangkit, arrived at 8.15 am on a Monday morning and commenced work at 8.20 am. Sadly, they were extremely slow and not efficient at cleaning, spending about an hour cleaning only a small area. While Mangkit was slow, he paid more attention to details and was someone I could turn to when there was an issue with cleaning, as he fixed it promptly. Bantan's speed at cleaning was even slower, spending 3/4 of the time just cleaning the 2 bathrooms, but he missed out on many corners, areas of glass shower screens and the tiles, which Mangkit picked up.

They did, however, picked up their speed a little during the last 30 minutes. They also spent an extra 10 minutes rectifying some of the issues that I raised, although when I pointed out further that some areas that they cleaned previously were not up to standard (such as corners of shower area), they noted that the time was up and they had to leave. I was disappointed as it was mentioned in the message with Mimmo that the cleaners would not leave until I was happy. While I was not expecting them to do extra cleaning, I was hoping that the areas they had cleaned were paid more attention to, given the price I have paid.

I had expressed my disappointment with Mimmo as soon as I noticed the speed of cleaning. I am not expecting anything in return, except to voice my disappointment and note that, unfortunately, I cannot entrust future cleaning jobs to to this company.

Nothing short of fabulous. We were stranded outside of a Melbourne, due to lockdown. So they had to collect keys from elsewhere, empty our letterbox, collect parcels from the storeroom and take them to our unit - but most importantly, empty our frig. This was no mean feat given we had been away for 6 months. I chose a family owned business so there was accountability, and they didn’t disappoint. Many thanks for all your efforts to accomodate us

I Had contacted Mimmo for end of lease cleaning of my apartment.He fame in the same day to give a free quote and understood the fact that the house was a bit dirty as we were moving out. So to do justice to us became in the second day to give a free quote as well (after we had moved out). He was very understanding and reduced his quote as well and provided a really good quality of work
Our property manager is really fussy about the cleaning and wants everything to be perfect
He came in the second time to clean, the property managers weren't happy even after that, so he himself came in the third time and personally cleaned whatever was left.
