I have visited three times in an attempt to do laps after work. Only one time successfully on a Saturday afternoon.

The other two times, squad has taken over the 50m pool with a single lane allocated to anyone not in squad. Both times that single lane was occupied by 5+ swimmers attempting to make do.

Staff at the front counter busy chatting, happy to take my money without informing me that there was only one lane available. Only offering me a voucher instead of a refund when I returned to the counter.

Such a wast of time, a poor customer/community member experience, and disappointing.

I’ll have to look further away to find a pool that hasn’t been overwhelmed with squad booking nearly all the lanes.

Customers are ignored while staff continue to chat. This has happened on numerous occasions. Aerobics teacher is excellent.

The kids swimming area is great for the summer. My children go to swimming lessons here, most of the staff are lovely. The only thing that frustrates me with the swimming school is my children being moved around classes all the time to fit in with their schedules. Last time I wasn't even told my daughter was changing classes..they need to improve on the communication side of things and have more consistency with classes.

The main thing that lacks is the service, there doesn't appear to be a lot of organisation or communication with members...

The aquatic facilities are good though, especially the childrens area. Our daughter loves going for her swimming lesson too and the swimming tutors are good.

MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN HAVING SWIMMING LESSONS HERE FOR QUITE A WHILE NOW AND I HAVE RECENTLY DISCOVERED THE OFFER AQUA AROBICS CLASSES FOUR TIMES A WEEK, I HAVE BEEN ATTENDING THESE FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW AND I AM EXTREAMLY IMPRESSED WITH THE INSTRUTORS AND WAT THEY OFFER, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!

The gym is satisfactory but the aqua aerobics is great, they have morning as well as eveing classes. Also they have good pool and the centre provide 10 passes / 20 passes.
