I have been training with Darius since January this year and have dropped 12 kg so far. No exaggeration, it has been life-changing. Since starting to slim down, I've come to realise how much harder life is when you're overweight (and pre-diabetic). You can't just walk into a shop and buy a nice new dress. You can't fit comfortably into an aeroplane seat. You can't even walk up a flight of stairs with ease. Anyway, I am very grateful for what this training & diet overhaul has done for me, it;'been a great team effort :)

So good! My trainer is very supportive, he pushes me hard, and I love the way he adjusts each training session to meet my needs - before big events like friends' weddings, and when I was recovering from knee surgery he changed things up (he seems to have an endless number of exercises in his head) and ensured the training was still really effective

From the start I was impressed - they responded to my query superfast, and were really professional, polite and answered my specific questions very thoroughly. The training is awesome, effective, hard work, but I am so pleased with how much fitter I am getting - yes it is about how much effort you put in, but having someone knowledgeable and driven beside you gives you a huge push to work harder than ever. I feel and look better than I had even hoped for.
