i signed a contract last Sunday to buy a camry demo car. i simply inspected the vehicle by checking its color and space and decided to buy it. I did request a detail specification list before signing but it was not provided. on our contract, the model is camry ascent sport of 3200km. but when i pickup the car on Wednesday, i found it is a camry ascent not a sport. the sale said she made a mistake because she was busy. and she said i should took that car because thats the car i have inspected.i didn't accept and left at 1pm, but went back at 5pm to pick it up. i was promise that she would talk to the store manager on Thursday to do something for me. she said "we look after you and we want to make you happy". Until Thursday night, i got no reply from them but found the odometer shows 4500kms not 3200kms. i messaged the salesperson again and my message seems ignored.
i sent a message this morning: Good morning Carley, if my memory is correct, you said you would discuss with Danny what you can do to "make me happy" on Thursday. may i know the outcome?
so far, i haven't received any contact from them.

Over the last 12 years have bought two new cars and have always had them serviced at CMI. Today I felt as though I was ripped off and treated fairly poorly in the process. Will now start the process of looking for a reputable dealer. Also thinking next car will be Hyundai. Not happy.

I visited CMI to get a recall issue fixed. As such there was no charge to me but the service I received was still outstanding. The response was very timely and accommodating and the customer service could not be faulted. I was able to use their waiting room facilities to get some work completed. The space was welcoming and provided a comfortable work station with free (and effective) wifi together with some good quality coffee! In addition to getting a very clean car returned to me I got my radio fixed for nothing. I heartily recommend the team for efficiency and care and will definitely use them again.

Good location and very modern ambiance. I guess it pays to be an awarded architecture design for a Toyota Dealer. I also like their complete range of choices in this CMI branch. They are also true about their slogan.

I talk to their guys and they're really accommodating with what your budget is. They can give you the best deals depending on what you need especially since I was looking for a cheaper car.

I just bought a rav4 yesterday and I have been so impressed with the service. From Heather who answers the phone, Candyce who dealt with the finances and Kyle who showed me the car. I would recommend CMI to anyone.

I just bought a used car at CMI Toyota today and had a very good experience with them. Having enquired about a car of a particular colour, the salesman called me in a panic to tell me it had been sold in case I was on my way (we had a test drive booked) and didn't pressure me to come in and try the other cars of the same model but different colour. Service from all staff was extremely friendly and professional, and the salesman (David) was excellent. It was only his third week on the job but I think at the rate he's going he'll make many sales. The other staff I dealt with whilst arranging the sale were also all extremely helpful. I never once felt unduly pressured to buy before I knew exactly what I wanted. David's excellent attitude to sales is what lead me to deciding very quickly to buy.

After purchasing a demonstrator vehicle from CMI Toyota Adelaide, the service team has been extremely easy to deal with.

A drop off service is offered between 8-10am from the service centre throughout the city enabling workers to travel to work after dropping off their vehicle with minimal inconvenience.

We were recently in the market for a car - second hand but near new. The salesman approached us and we told him the sort of thing we were looking for. He suggested a car in our price range that matched what we were looking for.

It looked perfect but it was the first car we'd seen and I told him we'd come back to him the next day with a decision. He didn't pressure us unduly to make a decision on the spot and respected our need for some time.

I was told by the salesman that CMI only resell cars that are of a certain stardard (eg. full service history - never been in a major accident etc) - they don't want to get into the hassles of unreliable cars. This was obvious but I also had this verified by someone later.

The car was ready earlier than promised, was detailed perfectly and all minor faults we pointed out were fixed.

We have since had the car for 8 weeks and have had zero problems (not even minor ones).
