Got my order wrongly printed as they can't respect pantone colours only their personal colour.
Easy to blame the printer, get some artwork lessons, pantone is not full colour
I wasn't aware that non-profits were not entitled to make comments on their order. Yes, I ordered Full Colour GLOSS paper Stickers, 90X55mm and it was delivered to me. But I also selectioned Press Ready file which was done by a professional designer, Inkahoots. The file I provided is not the sticker I got. I asked your company to do something about it and nothing could be done. That is why we won't order from you again.
I am please that you finally agreed that you ordered Full Colour Printing.
We confirm the file has been checked by our pre-press experts and you received exactly what was ordered.
Please understand, you ordered full colour and expected Pantone colour.
Your designer obviously did not prepare artwork correctly for you as you ordered full colour and expected Pantone Colour as you very clearly state in your first post.. Your issue is obviously with your graphic and not with us.
I was at my wits end with my current print, prices kept going up and quality and service down! It was very nerve racking changing printers, but I am so so glad that I found CMYK Colour Online.
For a small charge they fixed up my amateur artwork and made it look fantastically professional. It also cost me up to 35% less than the terrible printer I was using. I have now placed 3 orders with CMYK, all of them fast, economical, and fantastic quality.
I would not waste my time with another printer, so happy I found them.
