A typical motorcycle dealership with cluttered floorspace (they need a bigger shop!). Although appearing to be friendly, they do have limited stock on hand, especially scooters and as such were a little hesitant in offering me a test ride. The sales process was reasonably smooth and obtained a very good deal. Sadly the requirement for a bank cheque for payment was a little offputting in this day and age where it could/should have been a simple credit card transaction, especially considering the amount involved (less than $4k). Service in their parts/accessories dept was below par. 3 people behind the counter and I was the only customer in the store and was struggling to get their attention for service. Not inspiring me to return in a hurry. Quite a bit of improvement required here.
Took the front wheel of an xv1100 in and they fitted a new one and disposed of the old one while i waited
