Unprofessional and misleading

They provided a misleading quote, which was discussed over the phone with their sales rep and then once the job was completed, he denied any discussion ever took place. Their workers broke a downpipe, left several pieces of asbestos lying around the property and spilt petrol all over my driveway and killed several metres on grass from the spill.
