When I have a pedicure I like to quietly read while enjoying the massage and experience. I am not precious about the end result as long as the basics have been performed, clipped straight nails, exfoliation of old dead skin and neat intact polish. I feel I am quite tolerant, however, I just had a Spa pedicure at Coco Nails. It was very rushed and rough and she hurt me to the point where I yelled ouch (placing the toe separator in). When I went to leave my toes and top of the foot were covered in visible clumps of dead skin where it was obvious that a partial and very rapid job had been performed. The owner dabbed it with a cloth and said it was fine. There was no exfoliation and he had to touch up the varnish as it was already chipping. I can safely say it was the worst pedicure I have ever had. I requested he either fix it or refund my money and he refused. I won’t be back.
BTW if you don’t enjoy your technician sitting there in a short skirt with their legs apart I’d give it a miss.

My wife is very unwell and cannot speak and most of the time not understand questions been asked of her.

I explained this when we made the booking today 24 Nov 2019.

Not only did the team do a great job, they were VERY compassionate and understanding. They treated her like a real person, not someone with a disability.

Very friendly and professional staff. I have been going to Coco Nails for a couple of years to have SNS removed and reapplied. I have tried other salons but keep coming back as their product is well applied and lasts. The staff happily fit in walk ins no matter how busy. I would definitely recommend Coco Nails.

I've been going to Coco Nails for many years now. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, always accomodating for last minute appointments! I have a regular appointment every three weeks, and never have I had any issues with my nails chipping. They always last the length of time. They have a very large colour variety, always offering the latest colours that have been released! The cleanliness is 5 star, I even have my own personal kit. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else!

Really nice nail salon. The staff are very friendly. It's clean and well priced. I have visited most of the nail salons in the area and this is the best value for money. When I get shellac/gel it always lasts the full 2 weeks. Highly reccommended

One of the better nail salon in Camberwell. Nice clean salon, not too rushed. Good foot massage that goes for more han 10 seconds like most places! Stock OPI and zoya, large range of colours. Lovely end result. Only problem was the girl nipped my cuticle which bled for ages and stung as she poured alochhol on it after. Also my mums nail polish on her hands (every finger!) peeled off the next day!
payed $40 for mani and pedi

Approximate cost: $40
