Kind of disappointing. Worse and worse service now, most of room leaders are not really good! Only few good educators really care about the children (so really depends on your luck, which educator in that room), especially from pre-kinder room to kinder. Messy staff schedule for the yearly orientation when the children go from old room to new room. Sometimes the kids will cry after parents left, and the educators just let the kids cry and don’t hug them at all ( but still the same word, depends on your luck which educator in that room), few of them are really love kids and care of them. However, generally a bit disappointing!

Please remember: what is the most important factor for a early learning child care - the responsible, respect and friendly educators!!! Even you have a beautiful building and clean place, but the good educators are still the priority!

My little girl has been going to Coco's for 3 years now and the staff are so caring, patient and affectionate that it ceases to AMAZE me. Jess is a fabulous and nurturing Centre Director and is always there to listen and accomodate you. The centre is modern and extremely clean, the staff are always smiling, the teachers are amazing and the kids are happy.
